Devonshire House sits at the junction of Old Street and Goswell Road, close to Farringdon and Barbican stations. The building offers bright, flexible workspace in a historic area known for its mix of culture, commerce, and creativity.

Fergusson House occupies a prominent position at the junction of City Road and Old Street. Once part of London’s light industrial quarter, the area is now a centre for technology and design, with excellent transport links and a creative atmosphere.

Chancery Station House is a converted late-Victorian building on High Holborn, formerly the entrance to Chancery Lane Underground Station. Located within London’s legal and commercial district, it provides modern workspace surrounded by heritage and activity.

Webber Street is located close to Waterloo and the Old Vic Theatre in one of South London’s most authentic neighbourhoods. The area is known for its strong community character and historic landmarks, including the long-standing Webber Street Centre.

New Concordia Wharf is a former grain warehouse on Shad Thames, near Tower Bridge. Set among cobbled streets and historic riverside buildings, it combines industrial character with contemporary workspace and excellent local amenities.

Hampden House is situated just off Kingsway, moments from Holborn Station and Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The area blends classic architecture with cultural landmarks, offering excellent access to the West End and the City.

At Holborn Circus, 120 Holborn sits at the centre of a neighbourhood shaped by creativity and commerce — from Hatton Garden’s craftsmanship to the bustle of Leather Lane Market. Originally designed by Richard Seifert, the building now blends its architectural legacy with fresh, light-filled workspace moments from Farringdon Station.

Cameo House is on a pleasant, pedestrianised street between Leicester Square and Covent Garden in the heart of London’s West End. Once a celebrated cinema, the building now offers bespoke workspaces that reflect its creative heritage and central location.
